That was extremely convenient and well priced hotel set in very popular area, just next door to the shopping district and fukuoka station as well as subway station and lots of food options and shoppings in the vicinity. Liked our rooms on the upper floors. It was in a decent location near Ankokuji Temple.

I enjoyed my room - fairly quiet with 2 single beds. The hotel provided an excellent customer service during my weekend.

Views are not so great.

Great and lovely accommodation with marvellous setting just next door to the integrated restaurant as well as teh city centre.

the check in was fast, the room was great modern and well-appointed with bathroom and kettle, for instance. it had a japanese decor.

Prime location & Great value Helpful amenities & Decent sound-proofing

We recently stayed at a hotel in Fukuoka for a few nights and overall, it was a great experience. The location of the hotel was superb, just a short walk from the train station and conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants. the rate for our stay was fantastic given the quality of the hotel.

Great Location for shopper and eater. Just few steps to enjoy good Yatai in Tenjin area.

The location is excellent, very easy to find, close to transport, shopping and eating. Hotel is very clean and pleasant. Staff are responsive and helpful.

Rooms get a bit overheated at night even with individual room heating turned off! This is possibly a Japanese preference in winter as all hotels we stayed in had the same problem.

It was in an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location with Kego Park nearby.

Really enjoyed my very pleasant stay for business trip. The room itself was well-appointed and well laid out on the upper floors and had essentials I needed. Its location near restaurants and bars was decent and ideal. You can find Jimmys Steak House near the hotel to a have lunch.

Newly decorated clean hotel and staff was very amiable and genuinely helpful. The room of place was lovely modern and well-appointed on the upper floors. Very central location not far from nearby convenience stores, the shopping and entertainment district and Tenjin shops and restaurants, loved it. It also was reasonably close to the Tenjin subway. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the shopping street, which is great for access to restaurants and local shops. The room is equipped with all basic facilities that one might need during their stay, including a comfortable bed and necessary toiletries. leisure facilities such as a fitness center and pool are just a stone's throw away.

The check-in process was quite inefficient and took a while to complete.

I enjoyed the clean room and friendliness of the hotel staff, they were very helpful and nice to me.

I have stayed there a few times and no one will ever stamp my card or sign me up for guest rewards.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the shopping street and just next to Tenjin Station. It's perfect for exploring the city and there are plenty of shopping malls around the corner. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide good service. They were helpful in answering my questions and spoke English well. The rooms are comfortable and have nice bathrooms. The design may be a bit dated, but they are clean and have all the basic amenities you need.

The cleaning could have been better.
